We got another opportunity to talk to superstar athlete, Kris Rugloski! Last we spoke to Kris, she was getting a lot of exposure in the Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) world, but was just getting her feet wet in Ultra-Marathons. Now, she has completed 40+ OCR's with 30+ podiums and she is no stranger to the Ultra-Marathon scene, she has completed NINE 100 MILE RACES since we spoke last. Kris also talks about the bitter sweet decision to leave Grit Fitness to pursue her athletic ambitions in Colorado!
